  • Welcome to my blog.

This is the place where I'll post peeks from my sessions as an Edmonton Child and Baby Photographer and share random musings from my life as a mom to five of the most precious girls ever. So grab a coffee and enjoy. Come back and visit often. And of course, leave me a comment. I love receiving comments!

Update: I'm currently booking for Fall 2016.

I'm pleased to be part of one fabulous association NAPCP, accrediting professional photographers who choose to specialize in babies and children.

    Thanks for stopping by,

Well it’s been a few weeks, and I realize that once again, my blogging has fell behind. It’s been a busy spring and I’m excited to see the mounds of snow slowly melting away and experience daylight sun into the evening hours! I purchased some rubber boots and have been putting them to good use, enjoying all the promises of my favorite season finally arriving. What a rush it is to watch the water pouring down the gutters! Haha, yes I believe I’ve been cooped up in the house for WAAAY too long this winter. Stay tuned for that blog post soon, but in the meanwhile….

In mid-March I had the pleasure of meeting up with a Mommy Connections class. Hosted by Infinite Fusion, I loved the casual setting with all the moms bringing a yoga mat along for lounging on. Mommy Connections is a program that offers pre and post natal groups for mom and their babies. With different speakers each week, it’s a great opportunity for newbie moms to mingle with others and learn all about the different aspects of motherhood. When I visited with this group a few weeks ago, there was a nutritionalist who started off the session offering tips on how to maximize nutrition admist the busyness of our days as moms. Meanwhile, I snapped some photos of the moms and their kidlets, and then shared some ideas on how to improve their photography, as well as tips for getting their images off the computer (and on the walls of their homes to enjoy)! It was a great morning and I really loved meeting Terra, the facilitator and all the moms present that morning. Here’s a peak:
