  • Welcome to my blog.

This is the place where I'll post peeks from my sessions as an Edmonton Child and Baby Photographer and share random musings from my life as a mom to five of the most precious girls ever. So grab a coffee and enjoy. Come back and visit often. And of course, leave me a comment. I love receiving comments!

Update: I'm currently booking for Fall 2016.

I'm pleased to be part of one fabulous association NAPCP, accrediting professional photographers who choose to specialize in babies and children.

    Thanks for stopping by,

    Mau

A picnic with the Pirates | Edmonton Child Photographer

Fall is here or so it seems, but that didn’t stop Momstown from putting on one SPECTACULAR event!  This network is all about neighbourhood moms wanting to connect for support, conversation and just plain fun through local playgroups, moms nights and more. Both Edmonton North and Edmonton South groups collaborated for a party that was open to everyone, especially those dressed in pirate or fairy costume. 🙂  I was delighted to receive an invite and take some snappies of the day! All the families that attended will receive a link for a private slideshow in the next couple of weeks. In the meanwhile, here is just a little snippet of the fun!

Beaners was there offering some fairy dust sprinkles and pirate color spray.

What picnic wouldn’t be complete without a jumpy castle??

Yes, the dads were dressed up and part of the action too!  (Hotdogs on the BBQ were courtesy of Fulton Market Burger )

Someone wished to retain a little anonymity… 🙂

Probably a highlight for many of the kids was the candy toss!!

Off to the woods for a scavenger hunt.

The kids were so excited to see the neighborhood fire truck stopped by a visit!

It truly was a fantastic, free, family fun event. 🙂
